1. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Payment made by mistake before project initiation.
  • If service has not been initiated at all after payment.

No refund will be provided once work has started.

2. Cancellation Policy

A project may be cancelled only before work begins. Once service execution starts, no cancellation request will be accepted.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
